Terms & Conditions

This Realme 14 Series Campaign (“Campaign”) will run from 15th April 2025 16:00 PM (GMT+8) to 18th April 2025 12:00 AM (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”) by ("Senheng"). Senheng reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Campaign Period without prior notice.

Duration:

The Campaign will run from 15 Apr 2025 16:00 PM to 18 Apr 2025. Senheng reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Campaign Period without prior notice.

(i) The Deposit is not refundable and cannot be used for any models or products other than for the purchase of Realme 14 & 14 Pro.

(ii) Any Realme product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period shall be subject to the same terms as Realme's standard warranty service terms as provided in Realme's Warranty Policy. In addition to the standard warranty, Realme product(s) purchased during this Campaign Period are entitled to 365-day Front & Back Crack Protection as per terms and conditions of the Realme's Care Protection Plan Service Policy . For the selected Realme products purchased during the Campaign Period that come with 3-Year Battery Assurance or 180-day One to One Replacement, please note that these services are subject to the Realme's Gift Service Policy.

(iii) Customer(s) shall check on Realme Website for any latest changes to the terms of theRealme's Warranty Policy which can be updated from time to time by Realme .

(iv) All free gifts are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(vi) Realme reserves the rights to change and/or replace any free gifts with another free gifts of the similar value.

Payment:

Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that all transactions are between Customer and iPay88. Customers are not allowed to cancel the order, change the selected device colour or model and the selected store once Customer has successfully completed and confirmed the transaction via iPay88.

Privacy:

By providing Customer's personal data, Customer is indicating that he/she has read, understood and agreed that his/her personal data will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed in accordance to Senheng's Privacy Policy available at https://www.senheng.com.my/privacy-notice Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change or revise or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, with or without any prior notice.
