How Commissions Are Calculated
Example Scenario:Suppose you promote a Water System product priced at RM2,000. Here's how your commission is calculated:
• Water Systems:RM2,000 x 4% =RM80
This means you earn RM80 for a single successful referral!
Payment & Processing
Payout Schedule: Commissions are validated and processed within 30 days of a completed purchase.
Minimum Payout Threshold: Affiliates must accumulate at least RM80 to withdraw the balance
Payment Method: Payments are made via bank transfer to the registered affiliate account.
Important Notes
Chargebacks & Refunds: If a referred purchase is canceled or refunded, the commission for that transaction will be deducted.
Excluded Products: Products under the Redeem category are not eligible for commissions.
Commission Adjustments: Rates are subject to change based on promotions or brand policies.
